Every item is carefully packed with professional materials and fully insured during transit. Most orders ship within 3 business days, and you will receive tracking information as soon as your package is on its way. Larger furniture and oversized pieces may ship via freight or white-glove delivery, or may be available for local pickup. Shipping rates are confirmed before payment so there are never any surprises.

Returns & Refunds

Because our pieces are one-of-a-kind and described in detail with multiple photographs, all sales are generally final. That said, we stand behind every listing. If an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right. Your satisfaction matters to us.

Every piece is personally inspected and honestly described before it goes up for sale. We note any flaws, repairs, or wear in the listing. Detailed condition notes and measurements are available on request. Please remember that vintage and antique items naturally show age-appropriate wear — it is part of their character and charm.
